To schedule your member visit, simply click the Book Now button in the top right corner of our website, select the most convenient time, and choose Member Visit when prompted for the payment type. For additional assistance, feel free to call us.

We offer 50% off of the self-pay booking fee ($179) if you have already used your member visits.

Your member visits will roll over for up to 3 months.

Unfortunately, you would not be able to use your membership and insurance.

You can pay with a credit card, Health Savings Account, or Flexible Spending Account. You’ll receive an email receipt for all charges, for your records. If electing an annual membership you may use your CareCredit account to finance your membership.

There are no ETFs on an annual membership. The annual payment is non-refundable. For monthly payment there is a $200 ETF and a true-up cost if you choose to cancel prior to the end of the year.
